I noticed the Finnish people to be extraordinarily law-abiding, although some appear to like their drink a bit too much. The fact that "Hey" means "Bye" adds to the confusion.

The Finns refused to talk about Russia next door. Of course, this was before the end of communism, so it was politically correct never to mention the big neighbour.
