Saudi Arabia and Qatar


In 1989 and 1990, Ixonet did a joint venture with Telenorma
Netherlands, marketing emergency switchpanels in Qatar
and Saudi Arabia.




During this period, I accompanied Telenorma staff on factfinding 
missions and on marketing trips to Qatar, Dhahran and Riyadh.


The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a wonderful mix of nomad
culture, Islam, and modern western influence. The speed of
